Step 3. Once the form is submitted your coach will reach out to organise a call.

 

This phone call will cover everything from training, nutrition and goal setting along with any questions/issues you may want to discuss. Once per week thereafter you will be invited to schedule another call to ensure you are hitting your targets and staying on track.
