WHAT IS THE 14 DAY CHALLENGE?
The 14 Day Challenge is designed to encourage daily exercise and a healthier lifestyle by applying a short checklist of to-do's backed up with a two-week series of 30 minute workouts to ensure you are on the path to building a solid, sustainable fitness routine.
Each workout has a low entry skill requirement to meet the need all all abilities but optimal exercises and programming to fire up your entire body, increase endorphins and leave the gym with a sense of achievement.
I know life is hectic, that is why this challenge is here, to help kick-start your fitness, build strength, boost your confidence and feel amazing in the process. Ensuring that not a single rep or set is wasted so you can get on with what's important to you, like spending time with family, friends and other hobbies you enjoy.

WHO CAN JOIN THE 14 DAY CHALLENGE?
This challenge is for anyone wanting to get fit, build muscle or burn fat. There are a choice of two workout programs, one is more cardio based to improve fitness levels and burn fat whilst the other is centred around building strength & muscle. There is no age or ability limitations to his challenge.
WHAT DO I NEED?
Membership to a conventional gym will be required as this challenge requires access to both cardio machines and weights.
